Elba forms part of XVI Boutique Hotel, a charming hideaway featuring 16 beautiful suites, a relaxed rooftop pool bar, and a seasonal rooftop restaurant, Oia, serving Asian-fusion cuisine throughout the summer months.

Set within our meticulously restored 18th-century building, Elba is a family-run restaurant built on respect for tradition, flavour, and community. Our chef carefully sources local produce and complements it with ingredients from our small family farm in Madliena. On this land, we cultivate an olive grove from which we produce our own extra virgin olive oil, a small vineyard, and an abundance of fresh herbs including mint and rosemary. We also grow chillies, pomegranates, lemons, oranges, carob for our homemade carob syrup, plus many more seasonal vegetables—all nurtured with care. While not every ingredient comes from our farm, we use as much as we genuinely can: seasonal, home-grown, and thoughtfully sourced.

Our menu is inspired by dishes we’ve discovered, tried, and perfected during our Mediterranean travels, bringing those flavours and memories to your table with honest cooking and quality ingredients. As a family, we strive to serve food that reflects who we are—passionate, dedicated, and committed to offering the very best experience.
